ALEXEY ASLAMAS – S.V.A. TRIO & HLOUCAL DVOŘÁČEK / CZE

SVA5’s music is extremely up-to-date, rich in contrasting moods, rhythmic excitement and fresh melodic ideas. In addition, it is very democratic and accessible to a wide spectrum of listeners. The freshness, style and energy of the joint interplay make the SVA5 project one of the best efforts of last year.

The core of this set is S.V.A. trio, a group of three renowned musicians with extensive multi-genre experience who focus on original music. On the Czech scene, they are a unique and innovative group reflecting common musical influences and responding to life inside a big city. They named their style “urban fusion”. They invited top jazz artists Miroslav Hloucal (trumpet) and Miloš Dvořáček (drums) to work together to create a unique musical and instrumental fusion that has no parallels in our countries.

PROJECT Urban Fusion

Alexey Aslamas says he hopes listeners won’t be disappointed if he doesn’t define the style of music they play. Any label loses its meaning in this case. Only one thing is certain. The compositions of Alexei Aslamas and his bandmates are present and contemporary.
